THRIVE to host 3 seminar sessions at Learning Technologies Autumn Forum
The sessions will cover cultural change through self-driven upskilling and performance goals, applying a marketing mindset to learning and the formula for content success.
The Learning Technologies Autumn Forum returns to ExCeL London on 13 October 2022. The event is a follow-up to May’s Learning Technologies Conference and Exhibition, giving L&D professionals a chance to explore the key issues that came up further, share experiences and discuss the practical implications and lessons to be learned.
This year, THRIVE, the team behind the world’s only all-in-one Learning & Skills Platform, will be stationed at Stand 36.
They’ll be answering questions and giving demos on their Learning & Skills Platform that combines the capabilities of a modern-day LMS, the personalised, social feel of an LXP, and a seamless way to manage existing and emerging skills with total transparency.
Attendees will also have the chance to find out more about Content Club, THRIVE’s team of storytellers that builds campaign-led content and learning pathways for customers. And Data Lab, the team of Data Analysts that help customers measure the real impact of learning activity and align it to organisational goals.
The THRIVE team will also be sharing their expertise and ideas in 3 seminar sessions:
“Goaaaaaaal(s) - Self-driven upskilling to drive REAL cultural change” will be hosted by Josh Devanny, Chief Sales Officer, in Theatre 3 at 10:15.
“Applying a marketing mindset to learning… and why it works” will be hosted by Cassie Gasson, CMO, in Theatre 1 at 14:45. This session will include a look at THRIVE’s brand-new service, Marketing Studio, which combines consultancy and design to upskill L&D teams and elevate the effectiveness and engagement of learning campaigns.
Finally, “(Data + content) x people = success. Is there a special formula for thriving?” will be hosted by Helen Marshall, Head of Learning, in Theatre 4 at 15:30.
