Over the last two years, THRIVE’s ARR has increased by 380% from £1M to £4.8M, and the company is on track to reach its forecast of £6.5M ARR by the end of 2022.
Its customer base grew by 357% in the same period, taking it to over 270 customers worldwide, including global brands like Sky, Sysco, Ted Baker, Huel and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
The focus on customer experience that started THRIVE’s growth journey has remained central to its continued success, and it currently boasts 99% customer renewal rate - with just one platform cancellation in four years, 97% customer satisfaction and 121% NRR (net revenue retained).
In May 2022, THRIVE repositioned its solution as a world-first, complete Learning & Skills Platform, giving organisations the ability to identify expertise in their business and understand the new and emerging skills that inform future L&D decisions based on real-time learner data.
