Following the successful implementation, adoption and impact of the learning and skills platform, THRIVE LXP, Sumo Group and THRIVE have been named as finalists in the Digital sector category at the 2022 Learning Excellence Awards.
With 1,200 people and 15 videogame development studios around the world, Sumo introduced THRIVE LXP to connect its people to each other and personalised learning opportunities.
Since then, Sumo has achieved 95% active users, 89% user-generated content, a 42% increase in overall talent, a 10% increase in promotions, and a spot as the 12th Best Large Company to Work For in the UK.
The Learning Excellence Awards were created to reward the most effective initiatives in the business training/L&D sector, and in 2021, they attracted entries from the UK, India, Australia and the USA. This year’s winners will be revealed on Friday 8 April at the National Conference Centre in Solihull.
