Ann Summers employees will be able to take advantage of the new platform and mobile app, providing a complete modern learning and communications strategy.

Leading lingerie retailer Ann Summers has chosen Learning & Skills Platform specialist THRIVE to help the business achieve its bold new learning vision for hundreds of employees.

The partnership means over 1,000 frontline retail employees will be able to access learning opportunities, receive critical communications and collaborate with peers across its 85+ UK locations.

It will also improve the Ann Summers onboarding experience by providing a personalised, frictionless training experience for new hires, giving them access to learning content to help them perform from Day 1. In addition, employees will be able to access compliance content and training for key focus areas such equality and diversity.

The partnership comes as THRIVE, the world’s first complete Learning & Skills Platform is seeing incredible growth. In just two years THRIVE’s ARR has increased by 380% from £1m to £4.8m.

THRIVE has also achieved a 90 percent increase in customers in the last year, now helping hundreds of clients including Coca-Cola EP, Nando’s, The Financial Times, Sky, Krispy Kreme, Ted Baker, Travis Perkins, Morrisons and others modernise their approach to learning and development.

Becky West, Learning and Development Partner, Ann Summers, said:

“We are thrilled to be entering this partnership with THRIVE, which will allow us to unite everyone with our learning strategy and streamline communication. We had found ourselves in need of a mobile solution for our frontline staff who aren’t desk-based, and we chose to work with THRIVE because they are the most innovative solution out there for learning needs that correlate with our brand.”

Sean Reddington, CEO and Co-Founder of THRIVE, added:

“We’re delighted to have added Ann Summers to our growing list of customers looking to modernise their learning. It’s been such a pleasure to learn where the company is heading and we’re excited to be on this journey with them, supporting them in building an agile L&D strategy for their employees. Our growth trajectory tells us that modern organisations are ready to look at their learning a little differently, and we couldn’t be more excited to include Ann Summers as one of those organisations.”

Meanwhile, Jacqueline Gold CBE, CEO at Ann Summers, will be joining a panel of leading women in business at THRIVE’s annual THRIVE Live ‘22 event at the Royal Opera House in London’s Covent Garden on Wednesday, 14 September.
