The next gen learning experience platform provider, THRIVE, is proud to welcome Al Thompson, Head of Production, Lucy Cartlidge, Content and Partner Relationship Director and Laura Naylor, Head of Support to their senior management team to support ever growing customer demand.

THRIVE is proud to announce they have appointed three female leaders to join their senior management team and spearhead the growth of their departments. This follows a vast and strategic recruitment drive which has seen THRIVE fill over twenty new roles to support increased demand for both their learning experience platform and content catalogue as well as power their global expansion with a new office launching in the United States.

First to join THRIVE is Al Thompson as Head of Production who will lead THRIVE’s vision for their next gen content offering. Al brings exceptional experience to THRIVE having worked in learning and development for 20+ years. Her previous roles have been both on the client side at Nokia and for vendors such as Unicorn Training, Leo and The Access Group where she managed and structured productive teams as well as shaped the direction for their elearning course catalogue.

Speaking about her new role, Al commented:

“THRIVE has really made an impact on the industry, they’re not afraid to do things differently and push the boundaries. It really is limitless. So, when the opportunity came up, I just had to take it! And now the fun starts; building a truly innovative multimedia learning offering that fits a future workforce.”

Next, THRIVE has appointed Lucy Cartlidge as their Content and Partner Relationship Director to nurture all reseller partnerships and content customer relationships. Lucy has worked as a consultative relationship professional within the learning industry for the last 14 years with clients such as Tesco, Bupa and 3M. Most recently she spent seven years at QA as Client Relationship Director for large scale Managed Service clients, including Royal Mail and Legal & General. Lucy commented on her new role:

“It’s amazing to join THRIVE alongside two inspiring female leaders and it’s so refreshing to see such a progressive attitude towards women in leadership AND women in tech! It was a big part of what attracted me to THRIVE. I’m so excited for my next adventure and to be a part of taking client and partner success on the content side of the business to the next level.”

Following their announcement earlier in the year which shared details of extended customer support hours, THRIVE are delighted to welcome Laura Naylor as Head of Support to scale their international customer support team and deliver world class technical support to THRIVE’s 120+ clients.

Previously global technical Client Services Manager at Peoplefluent for their learning software product and with over a decade in customer support, 7 years specialising in Learning and Education software industries, Laura, shared her excitement to join the fast growing company:

“It’s clear that experience is at heart of everything THRIVE does and I’m excited to have the opportunity to build on the brilliant customer support already on offer to scale the teams expertise and empathy into a stellar international customer experience.”
