TPS Launch MA in Coaching and NLP
The Performance Solution are delighted to now offer an MA in Coaching and NLP by action learning, which is assessed, quality assured and awarded by the University of Kingston.
The Course Structure
The course measures learning outcomes and is structured around a personal learning contract. You decide your objectives for your learning, agree input - from any training provider that is relevant and decide on your own assessment topics. You are supported by a Supervisor to ensure that your learning contract meets the criteria laid down by the University.
It is vital that delegates have the ability to develop personal and professional learning opportunities as well as commercial results in organisations. The scope of the programme is to provide postgraduate education for delegates with a bias towards organizational practice.
The University of Kingston's role is to provide a credible, quality assured educational framework for the students to gain knowledge and the understanding necessary to function as competent practitioners within organisations and to overcome the limitations of the more traditional forms of education.
There are no traditional examinations for this programme, instead, assessments will be through work-based action learning questions which include a detailed reflective learning assignment with case studies, evidence of personal growth and application of the technologies learned.
The Directors at The Performance Solution have been running post graduate programmes for over 30 years, both in the UK and US and have experience as External Examiners for University of Warwick and Middlesex University to name a few and currently run programmes including the first NLP based MSc in the world, in partnership with the University of Portsmouth, as well as working through the University of Kingston.
