The Learning Network is excited to announce the return of its highly anticipated annual conference, LN Connect 2024, set to take place on November 15, 2024, at etc.venues, St Paul’s, London.

This year's theme, "Be the Disruption," will focus on empowering Learning & Development professionals to lead and innovate in a time of massive change.

The conference will feature two prominent keynote speakers: Cara North and Laura Overton.

Cara North is a well-known L&D expert and instructional designer with over 15 years of experience. She is recognized for her innovative approach to eLearning and her dedication to improving the learning experience through technology. Cara has worked with various organizations, helping them transform their learning strategies to better meet the needs of modern learners.

Laura Overton is a globally respected learning analyst and the founder of Towards Maturity. With over 30 years of experience in the L&D sector, Laura has led extensive research on how top-performing organizations leverage learning to drive business success. Her evidence-based approach has helped countless organizations optimize their learning strategies.
