Preview of Blanchard's First-Time Manager Programme
Blanchard launches new First-Time Manager programme, based on the lessons of The New One Minute Manager. The new programme is being launched via a 60-minute Livecast on 3rd December.
Since it’s publication in 1982, The One Minute Manager has sold 13 million copies worldwide, and with 10,000 copies still selling every month it is one of the best-selling management books of all time.
Earlier this year, the authors Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson revised the book, and published The New One Minute Manager, taking in account the many changes in the workplace since its original publication. This month sees Blanchard launch The First-Time Manager programme, premised on the lessons of The New One Minute Manager.
The new programme is being launched via a free 60-minute Livecast:
A Minute Can Change Everything: How The New One Minute Manager Shapes New Leaders. Thursday, 3 December, 2015 – 16.00-17.00 UK time, 17.00-18.00 CET.
The Livecast will feature Blanchard millennial thought leaders Gus Jaramillo and Courtney Williamson. The programme highlights challenges first-time managers face and offers a sneak preview into The Ken Blanchard Companies’ first-time manager training solution. You will hear insights from current first-time managers sharing some of their challenges and needs, and you will hear from Blanchard thought leaders who offer guidance on how to navigate this major life and career transition.
