Situational Leadership® II Workshops Launch in Germany
Situational Leadership® II (SLII®), developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies in 1985 and now the world's most widely used leadership development model, will be available in Germany from February.
Programmes will be taught in Germany by Els Kaelen, a compelling and energetic keynote speaker specialising in leadership development, and cultural awareness issues. A results-focused, highly skilled consultant and trainer, she has worked in a variety of industries with Fortune 500 companies on a global scale. She is fluent in French, German, English, and Dutch.
