The 500 L&D leaders and decision-makers attending the event will find Sponge at Stand 11 where they’ll be able to play the company’s new learning game, Cybersecurity Sorted; meet the team – including Sponge’s new Learning Experience Director, Thomas Winter; and discover how greater creativity in learning helps meet serious business challenges.

Play your way to cybersafe

Delegates at Learning Live can play Sponge’s new learning game, Cybersecurity Sorted, and discover how to make people the first line of defence against a cyberattack.

With human error the root cause of close to one in five data breaches, it’s never been more important to upskill employees to recognise potential threats.

Whether businesses need to raise general awareness of cybersecurity for everyone or find out if existing cyber training programmes are working, Sponge’s new game is a seriously engaging way to get people up to speed.

Cybersecurity Sorted is a fast-paced game designed to embed desired behaviours by repeatedly processing information linked to cyber threats.

Each level of the game presents a variety of scenarios and the player must decide if the company could be at risk.

Meet the team

Sponge’s team will be on hand throughout the two-day event to talk about how to boost business performance by helping people to learn and grow through creative digital learning solutions.

Thomas Winter, who brings 12 years of experience in learning design to his new role at Sponge, said: ”Creativity is central to our philosophy for engaging employees through learning to deliver extraordinary results for organisations. I’m looking forward to challenging learning leaders to inject greater creativity into their projects and talk to them about how to generate new ideas that move learning forward to achieve more for their organisations.”

Sponge was named Learning Provider of the Year at the LPI’s Learning Awards 2019 in February this year. For a flavour of the company’s award-winning work, check out 10 exciting examples of elearning creativity.
