Are you a learning guru? Test your knowledge at #LT18uk with Sponge

Award-winning learning provider, Sponge UK, is inviting visitors at Europe’s largest learning technologies event to join them on a journey of exploration and discovery in outstanding workplace learning. At Learning Technologies 2018, (London Olympia, 31 January – 1 February), Sponge is giving delegates the opportunity to get hands on with a new learning game that has been designed by Sponge exclusively for the event.

Visitors to the Sponge stand can test their learning technologies knowledge and compete for position on a ‘Top Gear’ style leader board.

Delegates can also try out the latest in virtual reality (VR) for learning at the Sponge stand and discover how Axonify microlearning technology can build and sustain workforce knowledge.

Sponge will be hosting two free seminarsat the exhibition for delegates to discover how microlearning can improve business performance and explore what it takes to create an outstanding learning campaign. 

On day one of the event, Head of Innovation at Sponge UK, Kate Pasterfield will explain how to create an outstanding learning campaign based on a gold award-winning project with global insurance giant AXA

Delegates will discover the key components for success and how to adapt this winning formula into their own organisation.

On day two, people can discover how to maximise employees’ available time by using microlearning technologies to meet real-life work challenges. Research shows that employees are only able to devote one per cent of their time to learning (Bersin).  

Julie Wedgwood, Head of Learning Strategy at Sponge UK and Christine Tutssel, Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Axonify, will demonstrate how microlearning uses short daily learning moments to positively impact sales, customer service, and reduce accidents at work.
