Learning to love compliance elearning

Plymouth, UKLearning NewsSponge

Compliance elearning has a bad reputation but an interactive webinar this month will reveal ways to help learners understand the benefits and even learn to love it.

The webinar will provide a range of practical tips, approaches and concepts which compliance and learning professionals can use to turn compliance training into a positive and affirming experience for workers.

Sponge UK’s Learning Solutions Architect, aAron Pont, who will lead the session, said: “A lot rides on getting compliance right; it can help attract and retain the best staff and clients, keep people safe, reduce costs, engender trust and, ultimately, improve the way we do business.

“I think our approach to compliance elearning has to be emotionally engaging, personally relevant, authentic and supportive, and there is no excuse for turgid, dull or threatening training.

“During this webinar, I will be showing how we can use the universal values of love, care and respect to help commit learners to do the right thing for themselves, their family, their workplace colleagues and the wider community.”

Sponge UK makes compliance elearning for global organisations and won a bronze award at the Elearning Awards (2014) for a compliance campaign for Tesco.

The free webinar takes place on Wednesday, May 20, between 12.30 and 1pm (BST) and registration is available via http://bit.ly/1bP3vnx.
