Game elearning explored by Sponge UK: from ideas to production

Plymouth Learning NewsSponge

Sponge UK will explain the process of how affordable elearning games are created, from initial ideas through to the delivery of the final product, in a webinar hosted by Learning and Skills Group next month.

Using a real-life example, the webinar will provide hints and tips for using games with a live demonstration of a featured game.

Sponge’s Managing Director, Louise Pasterfield, will be giving the webinar: “If you would like to use games in your elearning but don’t know where to start, this is for you. I will be covering all aspects of the journey from creative idea to engaging product, and also passing on some observations from the client.”

“Games offer a golden opportunity for elearning providers because they can be such a powerful and effective tool. However, some people are put off because they believe games are either too complicated or too expensive. I’m hoping to demystify game elearning and show how even simple games can make a difference,” added Louise Pasterfield.

The webinar takes place on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 1200 to 1300 (GMT+1).

Registration is available via Learning and Skills Group: Behind the scenes of Creating Game elearning.
