Intercultural Foundations are designed to establish a shared intercultural language, helping organizations make cultural differences visible, discussable, and manageable. The program combines expert-led live sessions, self-study content, and the Speexx AI Practice Partner —which enables guided reflection and real-world scenario practice — to deliver a flexible learning experience that supports both individual development and organization-wide capability building.
