Speexx Exchange 4th annual survey calls for HR and L&D managers to speak their mind about current talent management issues

Speexx, the leading provider of online and mobile language training for large organisations, is inviting HR and L&D professionals to share their thoughts about the key talent management challenges facing their organisation and how these issues are being addressed.

The results will be shared during this year’s Speexx Exchange conferences and in the upcoming Speexx white papers. Survey participants will also have early access to the results.

Some of key findings from the 2014 audit across 200+ HR, L&D professionals and C-level executives included:

  • 92% of organisations have already introduced some form of e-learning.
  • 79% of organisations allow mobile devices at work but just 32% use mobile learning.
  • The main barrier to mobile learning is ‘corporate data security issues’ (23%).
  • 63% plan to increase the proportion of their e-learning budget by 2017.

This year’s survey will cover five sections:
