With the aim of helping organisations to improve end-user performance while lowering training, user support and change management costs, SkillSet and its partner, TTS, will host a webinar, ‘Moving from training to performance support’, on Thursday 25th July.

SkillSet and its partner, TTS, will host a webinar, ‘Moving from training to performance support’, on Thursday 25th July.  Aimed at helping organisations improve end-user performance while lowering training, user support and change management costs, the webinar will show how using TT Guide can deliver on these benefits.

The webinar, first in a series focussed on performance support for enterprise software, will use practical, hands-on examples with everyday business applications to show how TT Guide supports users at the point of need, in the application.

“Over three quarters of end-users have a failed or sub-standard understanding of business-critical IT applications[1]”, commented Paul Deed, director at SkillSet. “As a result, they spend significant amounts of time – some reports suggest upwards of eight hours per week[2] – searching for information. For organisations, this means reduced staff productivity, failure to realise the true potential of their IT applications and increased training and user support costs.”

Participants in the webinar will learn how to apply 70:20:10 principles to improve employee competence. The webinar will also demonstrate how to enable ‘moment of need’ learning for users of IT applications and will discuss how the challenges of continuous improvement can be addressed.
