SkillSet Ltd today announced that it has signed a full partnership agreement with TTS (Heidelberg, Germany), a leading and independent provider of end-to-end software solutions for the creation and delivery of documentation and eLearning. The partnership will see SkillSet market TTS’ content creation and publication product, TT Knowledge Force, and application support solution, TT Guide, in the UK. SkillSet will also provide a full range of professional services, including instructional design, content creation and training delivery, to UK-based customers.

TTS, a global organisation specialising in the employee  qualification arena, delivers its proven TT Knowledge Force solution to over three  million users in more than 20 countries worldwide. Its new in-application  support solution, TT Guide, provides on-demand, context-sensitive help which is  embedded in live systems, helping organisations to reduce the volume of  application-related support calls and improve end-user adoption.

Following a wave of consolidation across the learning  technologies market, TTS is one of the few remaining independently-owned  providers of eLearning solutions. Its TT Knowledge Force solution was named as  one of the world’s top three authoring tools in a market survey conducted by  BCS earlier this year. The recently-formed partnership will enable SkillSet to  use TTS’ solutions to develop content to supports its clients. The partnership  will also allow TTS to extend its service offerings and add value to  organisations across the UK.

Wai-Bin Lai, country director UK at TTS, commented: “SkillSet  has a fantastic track record in delivering high-quality, blended training  programmes to organisations across the globe. Not only will this partnership  allow SkillSet to expand the range of products and services that it offers to  its clients, it will help TTS to add real value to its UK-based clients through  the delivery of high-quality professional services. We look forward to  combining our experience in providing innovative learning solutions with  SkillSet’s ability to deliver complex training and change management programmes.”

Paul Deed, director of SkillSet, added: “TT  Knowledge Force is a proven product, and one that has the potential to offer  significant value to SkillSet’s customers. We’ve got over twenty years of  experience in rolling-out training programmes to clients large and small. We  are particularly strong in the development and delivery of training programmes  to support large and complex IT system deployments. TTS’ solutions will add  real value here and will enable us to provide new services to our client-base,  including the delivery of learning to mobile and iPad devices. The partnership  with TTS will allow us to deliver real productivity benefits to our customers  and enable us to deliver exciting learning programmes to UK-based  organisations. We look forward  to combining our experience in providing innovative learning solutions with  SkillSet’s ability to deliver complex training and change management programmes.”
