Coaching will speed skills development and boost learner performance.

Learning management and talent development software provider Schoox today announced the addition of Coaching to its all-in-one learning platform. Incorporating coaching into the learning experience helps learners stay on track and guides them toward success in their roles.

Coaching in Schoox offers a configurable, mobile-ready way for organizations to guide learners through skill development in a real-world context, address performance gaps in their job, and set up regular mentoring and career development discussions.

“We are excited to launch Coaching in our platform,” said Lefteris Ntouanoglou, Founder and CEO of Schoox. “From driving performance to boosting the bottom line, the benefits of coaching in the workplace are far-reaching.”

Coaches schedule one-time or recurring one-on-one sessions with coachees and leverage custom forms to evaluate a coachee relevant to the task at hand. Forms can include simple yes/no questions, open-ended questions, and fields to add photos or other notes.

In addition to skill and career development use cases, Coaching in Schoox can be used by organizations to ensure standardization of operational procedures after a learner has completed post-new hire training. Leveraged as a frontline sustainment plan, it can ensure consistency in job performance across employees in different roles.

The product capabilities have been refined with direct input from select customers who shared valuable insights and feedback throughout the development process. “When we switched to coaching in Schoox, we unlocked real-time, two-way visibility into coaching sessions in a way we never had before. Both coaches and coachees can see the form comments and address action items right away,” shared by a Director of Sales Operations at a global enterprise beverage manufacturer.

Dashboards and reporting allow training managers and administrators to review consolidated coaching comments and evaluation forms, enabling them to spot performance trends that may indicate gaps in product training.

Coaching is now available for all Schoox customers.
