Rise Up Charts Path for Growth and Innovation with Frédéric Hébert as Chief Learning Officer

Frédéric takes on a newly created role as Rise Up paves the way for further innovations in the Learning and Development (L&D) landscape

 

Leading all-in-one learning platform Rise Up has promoted Frederic Hebert to the newly created role of Chief Learning Officer (CLO). Formerly serving as Chief Product Officer, Frederic led on pivotal product developments, including advancements in personalisation and AI capabilities, designed to enhance the partner experience and learner ecosystem while supporting the company’s scaling efforts. 

As CLO, Frederic will focus on educating the market about the benefits of adaptive learning while optimising Rise Up’s own product architecture, enhancing partners’ capabilities in L&D through embedded learning and one-to-one educational experiences. 

Over the past year, Frederic has been instrumental in driving Rise Up’s growth, including the successful expansion of its product portfolio through strategic acquisitions such as Domoscio and Yunoo. The integration of Domoscio’s adaptive learning expertise directly supports Frederic’s vision and Rise Up’s mission to accelerate Time-to-Skill for organisations.
