Leamington Spa based Redware has shown its support for the industry’s foremost awards event by becoming a headline sponsor for the E-Learning 2012 Awards.

Following a recent move to new premises, and continuing growth of new and existing business, Redware is embarking on a new and exciting phase of its development, which will see it bringing ground-breaking new technology platforms to market this spring. Mobile technology is one key area that Redware is working on and which it feels will have a significant role to play in learning and development.

The company, which works with some of the world’s best known and highly respected brands, including Barclays Bank, Jaguar Land Rover and University College of London, provides the full complement of learning and development services to its clients and is committed to using the industry changing technology to derive real business benefits.

"Supporting first class advances and nurturing development are intertwined with everything we do, and everything we stand for at Redware,” said Andre Wigley, Commercial Director at Redware.

"The E-Learning Awards are a showcase of the best our industry has to offer; from recognising the needs of our customers’ people, to rewarding those businesses embracing the best technology on the market.  We bring together the most sophisticated and state of the art blend of learning products into one vibrant arena.”

Wigley continued: “Customers are hungry for new ideas, new approaches and new technology. But they need to know that the technology has proven its worth and can substantially help them, it’s not enough to just offer customers the latest shiny gadget and hope they will be impressed. Mobile has a lot to offer, but only if combined with an approach that gets to the heart of what the customer needs to achieve.”

“Our industry has a lot to be proud of, and the E-Learning Awards are the perfect place to applaud the important work we do.

“This is a hub with the potential to unlock the future of the economy, by helping businesses identify opportunities to develop their staff in tune with their overall growth strategies, and to be agile enough to react to market forces.”
