Redware, leading automotive learning technology specialists, will be discussing the latest developments in their automotive Learning Management System at the Learning Technologies exhibition in London from 31 January – 1 February.

Delegates at Learning Technologies 2018 are invited to join Redware at stand D2 for a hands-on demonstration of Empowered, the Learning Management System designed for the automotive industry.

Empowered is the leading automotive Learning Management System, with all features and terminology written specifically for the sector, and the flexibility to be tailored to each organisation.

With 18 years’ experience of developing learning technology for the automotive sector, the team are inviting delegates to explore how working in partnership with an industry-focussed learning technology provider can help organisations get more out of their learning technology and their training strategies.

The Redware team will also be discussing strategies to engage learners across the automotive value chain, demonstrating how learning technology has reduced onboarding times, reduced staff turnover and increased learner engagement in global automotive brands.

2017 was a strong year for Redware, with the team welcoming over 42,000 new users and celebrating their 10 millionth automotive eAssessment completion. Redware also announced their membership of the SMMT, the trade association for the UK motor industry, in autumn 2017. The team were delighted with this opportunity to collaborate with other members and develop training strategies that are truly tailored to the industry’s needs.

2018 is already proving to be a great time to begin a training partnership with Redware, as they continue to announce new learning solutions and advice for the automotive industry.
