At HRD 2010, leading training company QA is to showcase training programmes that are designed to help organisations develop their focus on the people within their business.

Business today is – more than ever before – about people. So, at HRD 2010, QA is presenting learning & development programmes that are designed to significantly improve an organisation’s effectiveness by focusing on equality, diversity, performance management, business partnering and relationship management.

This type of organisational training is a key strength of QA, which provides courses such as Embracing Equality and Diversity – and a wide variety of business partnering training programmes. These are just a few examples of the hundreds of management and personal development courses offered by QA.

“HRD is a great event that enables us to connect with new organisations and meet those we already deal with,” says Leigh Lovering, QA’s Director for Management & Personal Development. “Because visitors are concerned with training issues, it provides a forum for us to discuss and debate the skills that organisations need the most.”

QA is one of the UK’s leading (and most established) training companies – boasting over 1500 training courses, delivered from around 25 locations. The company works with some of the world’s best-known brands, helping them to improve their businesses by developing the skills of their people.

“Training has to meet many expectations,” concludes Lovering. “Diversity is a great example – it’s as much about how a more diverse workforce can bring a wider perspective to the organisation as it is about being legally compliant.”

The HRD exhibition takes place at Olympia, London, on 21-22 April. Visitors can meet with QA’s team and guests on stand 532.
