Leading training company Xpertise has added Siebel training to its portfolio of customer-relationship management (CRM) training.

Acquired by Oracle in 2005, Siebel is recognised as one of the world’s leading CRM solutions for large organisations.

Now, Xpertise has added Siebel training to its comprehensive list of Oracle courses. Its addition to Xpertise’s portfolio also further strengthens the company’s position in the specialised field of CRM training.

“We already successfully provide CRM training for other products,” says Bill Walker, Xpertise’s commercial director. “We also have industry-leading expertise with Oracle training. Delivering Siebel training is a natural progression for us.”

CRM is a notoriously difficult area for training companies – it’s a field that requires a great deal of specialist knowledge. “You can’t ‘wing it’ in CRM training. You need to know what you’re doing. We’ve been growing our CRM training skills for some time,” says Walker. “We’ve developed a good understanding of CRM and have built up quite a specialisation in CRM training. It’s terrific to add Siebel to our CRM training portfolio.”

Eva Bishop, Senior Director, Oracle University UK, Ireland and South, says that she is excited by Xpertise’s move into CRM training: “Xpertise is one of our key training partners, and has developed a strong reputation for quality training within the Oracle community. We’re pleased to see Xpertise expanding its offerings to embrace Siebel training.”

Siebel courses are available immediately from Xpertise.
