QA-IQ has today launched a new relationship with FranklinCovey in the UK. The first exciting new workshops available are based on Stephen Covey's hugely influential bestseller, '7 Habits of Highly Effective People'. Improve your personal performance as an individual, a manager and as a leader, in the workshops available from July 2008.

The workshops will help individuals build effective personal, interpersonal, managerial and organisational skills. The '7 Habits for Managers' is a two-day workshop providing an application-oriented development process for anyone whose role involves managing and leading people, while the '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' course delivers a three-day guide to this powerful way of thinking and its key principles.

For those keen to grow their leadership skills, the three-day 'Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results' course will create leaders who can connect the efforts of their team to the critical objectives of the organisation, by inspiring trust, creating an inspiring vision to follow, giving the organisational talent a voice and aligning systems to enable it to happen.

Kevin Vaughan-Smith, UK Managing Director at FranklinCovey explains: "Our mission is to enable greatness in people and organisations everywhere. We achieve this by implementing enduring principles that change habits of behaviour, these principles are timeless and universal and are the foundation for lasting effectiveness.. Through new and better ways of doing things you can consistently achieve the results you seek. The 7 Habits approach has helped transform thousands of organisations throughout the world by transforming the people they depend on. We're delighted to be working with QA-IQ to deliver these courses, as we believe it will give more individuals and businesses the chance to transform and achieve greatness."

Head of the People Practice at QA-IQ, Liz Timoney-White adds; "It's really exciting to be able to launch these courses, as together with our existing portfolio they deliver a strong approach for today's business environment. The FranklinCovey programmes help both individuals and teams change the fundamental way they approach their jobs, creating stronger business relationships, and leaving people better equipped to face both challenges and opportunities. It will help people understand what their priorities as a person, manager or leader really are and thus make them more effective, so that they, in turn, can make their organisations effective."

Delegates attending The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People will receive a book and CD, a guidebook and a 'contract' planning pack to implement the programme when they are back at work and at home. In addition delegates complete a 7 Habits Benchmark (360 assessment) both before and after the programme to measure how their performance and perception has changed from attending the programme. All three of these programmes use this 360 assessment and contract approach to measuring success.
