Xpertise rolls out Microsoft Visual Workshop Team Studio training to over twenty five countries
Leading IT training company Xpertise is just completing the delivery of an EMEA-wide Microsoft Visual Studio Team System training programme to over 300 people in twenty five countries.
It can be demanding enough to deliver large-scale training programmes in the UK, but to provide technical training to twenty five countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa takes a special kind of training company.
That was the task undertaken by Xpertise – to provide technical training to over 100 companies, in Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Dubai, Egypt, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.
Delivering a four-day technical workshop for developers and consultants, Xpertise trained over 300 people – and managed to attain trainer satisfaction scores of 8 out of 9 (measured by the Metrics That Matter learning analytics system) which equates to around 90% of delegates rating the instructors as ‘outstanding’.
“It was a unique challenge,” said Bill Walker, Xpertise’s commercial director, “but one for which we were very well positioned. We were six months ahead of the capabilities of other Microsoft training providers in EMEA, having worked with Microsoft to develop a course and deliver other Visual Studio Team System training programmes in the UK. So when the opportunities came to expand our delivery reach into EMEA, we had all the credentials.”
Xpertise also proved that it has the ability to bend over backwards, by delivering its services on Christmas Day, in the Gulf region – where Christmas isn’t typically celebrated.
