Xpertise brings the world’s leading Microsoft Dynamics training to the United Kingdom
Leading IT training and soft skills training company Xpertise is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics training portfolio to include training from the market leaders, Microworld.
Microsoft Dynamics is a suite of high-level software solutions from Microsoft, which includes Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics AX (formally Axapta), Microsoft Dynamics CG (formally Great Plains) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formally Navision). Training on these products is highly specialised and is offered by few companies.
Xpertise already has a strong track record in Microsoft Dynamics training. The company has been providing training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM since version one. Xpertise was also selected by Microsoft to train its partners on the first version of the product and to provide upgrade training to version three. Wanting to build on this success, Xpertise has partnered with Danish training company Microworld, the acknowledged leader in Microsoft Dynamics training.
According to Bill Walker, commercial director at Xpertise, Microsoft Dynamics training isn’t something which a company can offer at the drop of a hat. “This is complex software,” says Walker, “and the training is complex too. Most training companies couldn’t deliver it: they simply don’t have the expertise. We’re building on our own proven in-house abilities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and adding what is currently the best training available to our portfolio – Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV courses from Microworld.”
Xpertise has been working with Microworld for over two years – and the partnership has even resulted in a training initiative which has been recognised by Microsoft in a global award. Under the new partnership, Xpertise will use Microworld’s industry-leading trainers to deliver Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV courses. “These people are simply the best,” says Walker. “This is partly due to the Danish origins of two of the Dynamics products – where these products originate, Microworld has a 90% market share. No one can match them for expertise – so it makes sense to connect our customers with this outstanding training.”
Both companies are highly respected in the field of Microsoft training. Xpertise has three times been selected as Microsoft’s Gold Learning Partner of the Year for Europe, the Middle East and Africa – and Microworld has been twice selected as the Danish Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions.
The courses will be available through closed, company-specific training programmes, but also initially through a limited public schedule of courses.
“These products are creating a real buzz,” concludes Walker. “We’re already successful in Microsoft Dynamics CRM training, so it really is exciting to be able to extend this offering – especially working with the undisputed market leaders.”
