Find out your strengths with QA-IQ at HRD: Training provider showcases personal development expertise

QA-IQ, the UK's leading training provider, will be demonstrating the innovative methods behind their leading management and personal development courses at this year's HRD show in April. Learning and development experts will be at the QA-IQ stand taking attendees through their own Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) to identify their motivational system and how this impacts their relationships. This technique is a key part of QA-IQ’s portfolio of courses, including the already popular ‘Understanding People and Conflict’ course. We expect these sessions to get booked up each morning and would encourage delegates to book early.

Learning Consultant at QA-IQ, Liz Timoney-White, explains; “This visual tool allows you to quickly understand how you and others are motivated, and can reveal why some business relationships may be causing stress. It uses neutral language, so is a great way to diffuse conflict and provides a way to move forward. We use the tool across a number of our courses and find it a powerful way of improving the influencing skills of individuals and teams.”

"Our courses are designed to provide practical support for dealing with the challenges of today's business world and help people at all levels from beginners to senior managers by providing a 'toolbox' of solutions. We make sure that we use a wide range of techniques, including SDI's, so that everyone can benefit whatever their learning style. This means that people leave our courses feeling confident, charged up and ready to look at things from a different perspective."

Visitors to the HRD show will be able to complete their own SDI exercise, and find out more about QA-IQ's portfolio of Management and Personal Development courses.
