Jeff Payne, Head of QA-IQ's Service Management Practice highlights the importance for organisations to quickly gain an understanding of the new qualification; "Service management is central to transforming IT resources into valuable services for the business, providing value to customers both internally and externally. These qualifications are key to implementing best practice and will help companies establish and improve their service management capabilities.

"The ITIL qualifications have been significantly changed and updated, taking account of the changes in the IT landscape in recent years.
