Xpertise introduces a new way to learn - with guaranteed results

An innovative new offering from Xpertise, Time-Lapse Learning, makes it far easier for people to schedule training - and also makes learning substantially more effective and a deeper learning experience.

What makes Time-Lapse Learning unique is that it organises classroom training into single days, scheduled over a number of weeks. Also, by combining the classroom training with self-paced learning, on-line assessment and on-line support, the effectiveness of the learning is significantly increased.

The first course offered by Xpertise is based around Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows XP Professional. Scheduling the classroom events two weeks apart solves one of the key issues for busy IT professionals. "Some people just can't easily set aside a full week - or more - to learn," says commercial director Bill Walker. "They want to fit training around their job. Plus, this approach has other real benefits too, because delegates can immediately put into practice what they are learning, back in the workplace." The on-line element is exclusive to members of just one learning group, enabling delegates to interact with others from their own class.

Xpertise is working in partnership with a Danish Microsoft partner which has already proved this concept. It's such a strong learning process that, at the end of the programme, Xpertise confidently guarantees that all delegates will pass their Microsoft Certified Professional examination. "If they don't," says Walker, "we pay for them to take it again - it's that simple. However, we're really confident that this won't be needed - Time-Lapse Learning has already proved to be highly effective in Europe."
