QA supports project management best practice with APM Group showcase workshops
QA is demonstrating its support for project management best practice by speaking at the APM Group's annual showcase event.
This year's showcase aims to demonstrate how some of the UK's most successful change managers have used programme and project management techniques to drive change through their organisations quickly, healthily and profitably. With the introduction of an increasingly interactive programme QA will be hosting a table in the 'Meetings Zone' with workshop sessions providing insight and practical advice from our experts.
• Brian Sutton, Director of Learning at QA, will be discussing Vendor Management
• Kate Greaves, Learning Consultant at QA, will be speaking on Managing Projects with Partners
• Experienced project managers will be on hand to offer advice on the appropriate learning and development to meet the needs of attendees
Sutton explains; "At QA we strongly support the APM's belief that successful organisational change management relies on a clear understanding of project and programme management best practice. We will help attendees at the showcase understand the techniques they can use to improve relationships and communication with both vendors and partners. By doing this we can support an improvement in their broader change management skills."
Now in its fourth year, and taking place at the Hilton London Metropole on Friday 9 June, the showcase will include five different seminar streams, with a series of 20 case study presentations to demonstrate best practice in operation, as well as the interactive round table sessions.
