Giles joins QA from Deverill, where he was Director of Sales and Deployment for the company’s NHS training division. During his time with Deverill he helped drive strong growth in the company's share of the training market through the development of both consultancy and blended solutions. With over eight years' experience in the training industry, including a number of senior roles in business development and management, Giles is an Accredited TAP Trainer and a Senior Associate of the Institute of IT Training.

Director of Operations at QA, Denise Carmichael, comments; "Our Managed Training Service business is the largest in the UK, so we wanted to bring someone on board who understands organisational learning needs and can work with our customers to develop their learning strategies to meet the challenges of today’s business environment. Giles’ experience of managing customer relationships at a senior level in both the private and public sector will ensure that both existing and new customers can access high-quality, flexible and cost-effective learning solutions.

"QA is in the process of expanding its MTS offering to include an innovative maturity model that will help customers address the diverse elements of their learning and development department with a modular approach. Giles will play an important part in the development of this, and his broad knowledge of the training market will allow us to make this service available to the widest possible audience."

Giles adds; "I believe that QA’s strong reputation in the MTS space means that the company is well placed in the market to help its customers develop learning solutions. I’m looking forward to joining the company at this exciting time and will enjoy working closely with QA’s customers to take their learning strategies to a new level."
