InterQuad Completes Acquisition of QA to Form the Number One IT Training Company

UK marketplace to benefit from unparalleled choice for learning solutions - InterQuad Group Limited, the fastest growing IT training provider in the UK, announces that it has completed the acquisition of QA plc to form QA InterQuad. The combination of InterQuad and QA creates Europe's largest, most innovative and dynamic company to meet the extensive learning and development needs of public and private sector organisations. As a result of the acquisition QA plc stock is no longer being traded on the London Stock Exchange.

As a result of the integration, organisations can today benefit from QA InterQuad's extensive portfolio of public courses. Over 500 technical, project management, and management and personal development training courses are delivered in 20 training centres across the UK and Ireland or as onsite or tailored events for customers. QA InterQuad's learning solutions offering includes bespoke learning programmes, diagnostics, evaluation and a proven Managed Training Services model to support the learning requirements of small, medium and enterprise level organisations.
