Improve Service Management with free seminars from QA

London, UKLearning NewsQA

QA provides insight into popular ITIL approach: with many companies seeing an increase in the volume of IT services spend coupled with a greater requirement for regulation and compliance, the IT Infrastructure Library's (ITIL) best practice approach to IT service management is one of the hottest topics in IT.

Correctly applied, ITIL processes can ensure the appropriate level of IT service to support defined business requirements, with certification providing the guarantee of best practice that is often required for legal and regulatory compliance.

QA is holding free two-hour seminars, which will provide IT managers, Business Managers and Training Managers with an overview of ITIL. Our Senior Instructor for IT Service Management, Andrew Brown, will provide a high-level summary of ITIL, an explanation of its core processes and a discussion of the benefits of implementation. The seminar will give attendees the opportunity to understand how ITIL can be applied to their business.

Andrew explains; "This is a great opportunity for people to understand the improvements that ITIL best practice can bring to their organisation. If you're unsure how ITIL certification could benefit you or your staff, then we'll provide the knowledge that will allow you to make an informed decision about implementation.

"ITIL can improve the performance of a range of IT services, including service level management, software asset management, operational modelling, and legal and regulatory compliance. Effective management of these services provides benefits in terms of improved customer service, cost savings through more efficient and effective service provision, and significant improvements in service support and delivery."
