Discover the benefits of electronic performance support at this month's Learning Technologies exhibition

London, UKLearning NewsQA

Constant change in the workplace, such as new applications, changing policies and procedures and the increased importance of compliance, all impact the way we work and the type of training needed to improve performance. New technologies are key to this change, and electronic performance support systems (EPSS), such as LearningGuide, are already playing an important part in accelerating skills uptake.

To help companies find out more about structuring workplace learning and the benefits of EPSS, LearningGuide and QA will be exhibiting at this year's Learning Technologies show.

Director of Learning at QA, Brian Sutton, explains why; "To ensure that learning development can succeed in today's busy workplace, it's important to offer a wide range of solutions. Where a new application is being introduced, or an upgrade is taking place, having LearningGuide available to resolve queries and maintain performance can ensure that the process runs smoothly. QA is already providing LearningGuide to several of its corporate customers and it is clear that there are a wide number of uses for the product, either as a stand-alone, or supporting a more traditional classroom training programme. Seeing the solution in action will help people understand how it can benefit their business."

CEO at LearningGuide, Alfred Remmits, adds; "As an electronic performance support system, LearningGuide gives structure to the informal learning processes that take place in the workplace. We have found that by supporting desktop and enterprise applications, migrations and upgrades, and accelerating user adoption of new systems, LearningGuide can often provide significant cost and time savings for business. Using this technology is keeping learning up-to-date with the way people work today."

Taking place on the 25 and 26 January 2006, the Learning Technologies exhibition and conference is Europe's leading learning and skills exhibition and conference, covering every aspect of organisational learning and learning technology. It is one of the central events for the learning and development community and gives attendees the opportunity to keep up-to-date with advances in learning support.
