Xpertise responds to clients' growing demand for residential PRINCE2 and ITIL training courses

London, UKLearning NewsQA

Leading IT Training company Xpertise is launching its residential service with a range of PRINCE2 and ITIL service management courses - delivered at a top award-winning hotel.

Xpertise reports that an increasing number of customers are requesting professional development courses on a residential basis. "Not everyone learns in the same way,” commented Xpertise's operations director, Ben Pike, “ and whilst there are an increasingly wide variety of learning approaches available to customers, for some people the best way to learn is to get away from it all.”

Since many people who attend non-residential courses often travel to the course and stay in hotels Xpertise have wrapped everything up in one price: course, examinations, accommodation and meals. Xpertise has chosen an award-winning four-star hotel, located near Southampton airport to host the events. "As with all things," said Pike, "we're keen to get this exactly right. Of course the quality of the training is important, but so is the quality of the accommodation, so that people have great recreational and leisure facilities when they have finished for the day."

Residential courses allow people to really focus on the topic which they are learning. It's easy to see the attraction: apart from the surroundings, travel time is eliminated and the full hotel service allows delegates to spend more time with each other and with their tutor.

Xpertise delivers a comprehensive portfolio of professional development training, including project management, service management, security, data protection, team leadership, coaching, communications and leadership training, which now accounts for around twenty per cent of their training delivery for customers. "This has become the fastest-growing part of our business and we believe our future growth is best supported by continuing to listen to our customers and giving them what they want," concludes Pike.
