QA, current holder of the Institute of IT Training's prestigious 'Training Company of the Year' award, has been shortlisted for the 2006 award, also making the final six for two other awards.

Gary Uffendell, one of QA's leading business skills instructors is a finalist in the competitive 'Trainer of the Year' category, demonstrating the talent he brings to developing the management and personal development skills of everyone from programmers and IT professionals to technical managers.

QA has also been nominated as a finalist for the 'External Training Project' award, profiling an innovative integrated learning programme, developed alongside QA partner SkillSoft, to meet the specific project management requirements of Nestlé, one of our major corporate customers.

Chief Executive of QA, John Beaumont, comments; "Having won the Training Company of the Year award in 2005, we are delighted that the ongoing development of the business in the last twelve months has been recognised. That the success of our learning solutions has been recognised across the board - the training programmes we offer our customers, our training staff, and the business as a whole - is an excellent indication of the quality of training offered by QA."

The awards will be judged on the basis of presentations to a judging panel in December this year, with the results announced at the IT Training awards Dinner held on 2 February 2006 at The Dorchester, Park Lane, London.
