QA extends ITIL Service Management programme

QA, the UK's leading independent provider of training and consulting and the Institute of IT Training's Training Company of the Year 2005, has extended its Service Management consulting expertise to deliver accredited training in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This integrated offering will further assist QA clients in achieving first class service delivery whilst making substantial savings in IT cost of ownership.

Training will be delivered by QA's ISEB (Information Systems Examining Board) accredited instructors who have many years' real-world experience as consultants, assisting organisations with service delivery improvements in an IT environment. QA's approach is strongly centred on providing business benefit - of which financial modelling, business case production and benefits measurement are key components.

ITIL is recognised as the de-facto worldwide standard for IT Service Management. Offering a vendor and technology independent set of best practice guidance for the effective management of IT services, ITIL improves the efficiency and productivity of IT systems and processes.

- ISEB Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management

A broad schedule of public training courses is offered across QA's 10 training centres in the UK and Ireland. Training programmes can also be run as dedicated client events to support specific organisational requirements.
