QA broadens international capability with Global Learning Alliance partnership
QA, recently named Training Company of the Year 2005, has been chosen as the premier partner for Global Learning Alliance (GLA) in the UK. This appointment gives QA's clients access to worldwide support for all their training requirements through a network of approved delivery partners.
"The appointment of QA as the UK service provider for GLA is an indication of the quality and the breadth of training the company offers to organisations across the UK", according to John Beaumont, CEO at QA: "This partnership is about providing high quality, cost-effective, convenient, learning solutions to our customers that require international delivery capabilities. Through GLA, clients taking advantage of this service will have access to approved local delivery partners, providing the same high quality training as they currently experience in the UK, while enjoying cost benefits and scalability."
In return, QA will deliver the UK based training requirements for GLA's partners in other countries and will market the Alliance's LearningGuide electronic performance support products.
Beaumont continues: "This affiliation gives GLA reassurance that their customers will receive a training service in the UK that is second to none. We're looking forward to working with some new clients, and making sure that their training experience with QA more than meets GLA's high standards."
CEO at Global Learning Alliance, Alfred Remmits, is a strong supporter of the partnership: "Through its worldwide network the Alliance is able to deliver centrally-managed learning programmes locally in over 100 countries throughout the world. With partners across Europe, Middle East and Africa, North and South America, South East Asia and the Pacific rim, GLA's network gives our customers access to training resources across the whole of their business. As the largest IT training company in the UK, and with its status as Training Company of the Year 2005, QA became an obvious choice as our premier partner in the UK and brings considerable resources and skills to Global Learning Alliance.
"Global Learning Alliance serves mid-to-large multinational corporations. For these organisations development skills on international scale can present a significant challenge. Through working with partners as experienced in the market as QA, we ensure that the learning needs of these companies are met, while providing training companies the chance to build their international capabilities with approved partners."
