Xpertise adopts Microsoft's new learning analytics solution
Xpertise, a world leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, has implemented Metrics That Matter, Microsoft's adopted learning analytics toolset, to provide performance reporting on learning effectiveness, job impact, business results and return on investment.
Metrics That Matter has been selected by Microsoft to provide learning analytics reporting across its training channel. Xpertise is one of the first United Kingdom-based Microsoft partners to implement Metrics That Matter, which will provide Xpertise's management, Xpertise's customers and Microsoft with performance metrics and a detailed insight into the value of Xpertise's learning services.
Xpertise is recognised by its clients as a company who delivers exceptional quality through its range of training and learning resources. Metrics That Matter will take the Xpertise customer care processes one step further to provide demonstrable evidence that quality and return on training investment is being constantly delivered.
Global Learning Alliance provides Microsoft learning solution partners with the support and training required to implement Metrics That Matter and Rob Clarke is their marketing director: "Customers will now get a more accurate insight into the value of their expenditure on training. Students attending Xpertise's courses will receive two surveys, one immediately after the course and one three months later. Metrics That Matter works on Kirkpatrick's five levels of learning measurement, returning performance data on course satisfaction, learning effectiveness, job impact, business results and return on investment."
Bill Walker, commercial director at Xpertise, said: "Metrics That Matter is a hugely important development. Being able to better measure the value of learning has been a quest across the industry in recent years. Research has identified that customers needed better data on the value of their training investments and with Metrics That Matter we are able to deliver this."
