QA, the UK's largest independent provider of training and consulting, today announces the launch of a comprehensive Linux training path to meet the growing training needs of new to experienced Linux professionals.

Available from June, three new courses are included in QA's Linux programme that will be delivered to delegates at QA's training centres throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to the modular format of the programme, customised on-site training sessions can quickly be created to meet specific client requirements.

"Interest in Linux is growing rapidly so more and more organisations are looking for effective training, both for Linux professionals and UNIX professionals wishing to migrate their existing skills to Linux technology," commented Alina Swietochowska, Principal Technologist at QA. "Our flexible approach will help clients gain the right level of skills wherever they are in their exploration of Linux ".

The increased interest in Linux is driving a need for industry recognition of Linux skills. QA's programme prepares delegates for the leading Linux accreditations: Linux Professional Institute (LPI), Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and CompTIA Linux+.

QA has also developed a set of bespoke benchmarking tests to help organisations to assess Linux knowledge prior to training and evaluate skills gained and exam readiness.

New Courses:
Essential Linux (4 days)
Advanced Linux (3 days)
Mastering BASH Scripts (4 days)
