QA Awarded Managed IT Training Service for Vodafone UK
QA, the UK’s leading independent provider of training and consulting, has been selected to manage and deliver IT related technical training for Vodafone UK, a member of the world’s largest mobile community. Over 1000 IT staff at Vodafone’s sites across the UK will benefit from QA’s expertise.
QA will manage all IT training processes, including course booking, logistics, resourcing, reporting and the provision of third-party training.
The managed training service will help Vodafone UK to realise significant improvements in IT training delivery and evaluation through the streamlining of internal processes, consolidation of training suppliers and centralised feedback and reporting.
