QA, the UK’s leading independent provider of training and consulting, today announced it has been selected by Microsoft Corporation as a finalist in the sixth annual Microsoft Certified Partner Awards in the CTEC Solution of the Year representing Western Europe. More than 1000 entries from around the world were considered for awards in sixteen different categories.

QA was selected because of its innovative use of Microsoft’s latest technologies that offer outstanding solutions to customers. “It was an honour for us to receive so many creative and innovative examples of partners meeting customer needs with our technology,” said Allison Watson, Vice President, WorldWide Partner Sales and Marketing Group at Microsoft, “and QA clearly stood out in a crowded field of high-quality entries we received.”

“This award recognises QA’s industry leadership for innovative, best practice blended learning,” commented Brian Sutton, Chief Educator, QA. “Organisations throughout the UK and Ireland have benefited from our enhanced learning environment that has transformed the way people learn and provided additional pay back to employers in terms of time, cost and effectiveness.“

Award Finalists and winners will be recognised at Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference in New Orleans, LA October 9 – 12.
