Microsoft Business Solutions appoints Xpertise as a CRM Training Partner
Microsoft Business Solutions has announced that Xpertise, a leader in IT training, has been appointed to train its partners on Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft CRM).
Microsoft Business Solutions will be launching its new CRM product in the UK later this year following its successful North American launch in January 2003. Xpertise will be providing training to Microsoft partners to help prepare them to take this new product to market.
Xpertise, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, already delivers training on a wide range of development and support technologies to Microsoft partners and customers throughout the UK.
Microsoft Business Solutions CRM automates strategies of small to medium size organisations, helping them build lasting and profitable relationships with their customers. The solution enables businesses to take advantage of technology and related services that were previously reserved for large enterprises with big IT budgets.
Microsoft CRM is the first Microsoft business application built from the ground up on Microsoft .NET, facilitating a simpler connection of disparate systems and enhancing integration with external Web services such as credit checking, analytics and marketing automation services that extend the core functionality of the solution. The flexibility built into Microsoft CRM allows businesses to determine the degree to which they want to automate and share information across their organisations.
