24x7 post course support for Microsoft learners

Learning NewsQA

Microsoft Gold Partner Xpertise is to introduce 'Xceed Support' to provide IT professionals with 24x7 on line post course support following classroom training.

Xpertise has introduced Xceed Support so that IT professionals can access subject matter experts for up to three months following their initial classroom training to resolve course-related technical queries. Xceed Support is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

CEO, Bob Bradley said: "Training providers traditionally rely upon their own instructors to provide support via e-mail in between running and preparing for courses. This is unreliable and is rarely able to provide immediate responses to students' questions. A dedicated team of subject matter experts staffs the Xceed Support service and their only role is to provide support for students. This ensures Xceed Support is a reliable and trusted post course support service, available around the clock, whenever technical questions arise."

Xceed Support's mentors are all subject matter experts in their fields; they hold the latest industry qualifications and are available to coach and advise students around the clock using real time interactive chat and e-mail. Xceed Support also provides peer-to-peer interaction and a host of other course-specific learning resources such as assignments, frequently asked questions, message boards and libraries of Web links to further information and resources.

Xceed Support is available to support students after they complete many Xpertise Microsoft courses. The service also extends to several Cisco, CIW and CompTia courses and Xpertise plans to further extend Xceed Support to cover Oracle courses later in 2003.
