Senior executive returns to QA to expand international presence

QA plc, the UK's leader in IT training and consulting, has appointed Janet Way to head its international operations.

Way will drive the growth of QA's worldwide network of training partners and distributors that includes leading organisations such as Boston University Corporate Education Centre (BUCEC). QA licenses over 130 technical and business skills courses to more than 40 training companies across Europe, North America and South Africa, enabling thousands of individuals to benefit from the highest quality, leading-edge training materials.

Widely respected, Way possesses a deep knowledge and over 15 years experience of the international training industry. Most recently, she was Executive VP Worldwide Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer at Global Learning Systems where she built a highly successful sales team and channel distribution model. Previously, Way was a senior director at QA and, prior to this, managing director at Informatics CTEC Ltd.

Way reports to Hugh Morris, Operations Director, and is based at QA's Stockport centre.
