During the past 10 years 3Shape has grown rapidly, increasing distribution through resellers worldwide as well as its own employees based in Europe, the US, and Asia. With continuous and rapid product development cycles and services becoming increasingly global, 3Shape needed a Learning Management System (LMS) that would enhance the distribution of training and information across the entire value chain.
Training at 3Shape has to be tailored to different cultures and delivered in multiple languages. The company required a flexible, multi-language LMS solution, which could be adapted to the specific requirements of the different audiences and the preferences of the individual learners.

The capability to adapt the system to 3Shape’s requirements was also critical.
