NetDimensions Appoints two new Senior Executives for Global Alliances and as General Counsel
NetDimensions announced the appointment of two new senior executives, Brian Day as Global Alliances & Key Accounts Executive and Rienk Brouwer as General Counsel.
NetDimensions (AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of performance, knowledge, and learning management systems, announced today that it has appointed two new senior executives, Brian Day as Global Alliances & Key Accounts Executive and Rienk Brouwer as General Counsel.
Based in Florida, USA, Brian Day will take responsibility for developing and growing Key Global Accounts and developing a global alliance ecosystem for NetDimensions worldwide.
Prior to joining NetDimensions, Brian held a number of senior positions at IBM including Director of Alliances for Global Process Services and Director of Global Solutions Development. Brian has spent nearly 17 years at IBM engaged on large, complex business transformation outsourcing opportunities on a global basis and the development of end-to-end solutions across multiple process areas helping to generate substantial incremental sales revenues. At IBM, Brian was also credited with the successful development of the partner ecosystem at Global Process Services bringing together a number of best of breed third party providers, which was a key factor in the success of IBM's HR Outsourcing Business. Brian has also worked as a Senior Manager for Deloitte & Touche.
Rienk Brouwer will be based in the Hong Kong corporate office and will be responsible for legal & compliance across NetDimensions globally.
Rienk is a qualified Dutch solicitor, and holds Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master in Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining NetDimensions, Rienk worked as a senior manager in corporate finance for a Hong Kong based investment banking advisory firm. Rienk has also practiced as a solicitor for law firms based in the Netherlands, including Holland Van Gijzen LLP, a leading Dutch corporate law firm that has a strategic alliance with Ernst & Young.
