Last year, NetDimensions introduced mEKP Portable, an innovative plug-and-learn portable LMS that runs off a USB flash drive for users with limited or no Internet connection.

This year, the company is rolling out a full mobile learning strategy that includes mEKP Live, a device-aware smartphone browser LMS solution; and mEKP App, which would enable millions who take advantage of iPads and iPhones, as well as Android devices, to use these devices for learning and performance support.

"We are very excited to be participating in mLearnCon, sharing our experiences with our mobile learning implementations and being part of the conversations around this new frontier in learning," noted Alex Poulos, Head of Global Marketing at NetDimensions.

"Mobile Learning means a lot of different things to different people, so it is becoming clear that we need to be thinking about a variety of different solution approaches addressing varied objectives and meeting diverse needs."

mLearnCon 2011 is the annual conference that explores every aspect of mobile learning in-depth. Attendees will find m-learning management strategies and best practices to content and design considerations for tablet and smartphone technologies. The conference runs from June 21-23 at The Fairmont San Jose Hotel.
