NetDimensions (London Stock Exchange AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems; and PT. Mitra Integrasi Komputindo (MIK), a leading Information Technology and Professional Services company based in Indonesia; announced today that Adira Finance has implemented the Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP)  to deliver employee training and development programs for continuous improvement of customer service quality.

Adira Finance (PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance) is known as the biggest company in automotive consumer financing in Indonesia. Adira Finance aims to continuously improve customer service quality by developing its most valuable resource – the company’s 25,000 employees.

MIK, a new member of NetDimensions’ global reseller network, aims to support Adira Finance’s human resource development programs by offering the EKP Learning Management System (LMS) as a strategic tool for learning and information delivery, as well as an end-to-end solution for Adira Finance’s goal to provide service excellence for its customers.

“We are pleased to collaborate with NetDimensions in enriching our e-learning solutions package. MIK is excited to extend NetDimensions’ learning solutions into the Indonesian market,” said Daniel V. Lie, MIK’s Director.

In February 2011, Adira Finance launched the Adira Training Center to implement its e-learning program through EKP to provide equitable learning standards in order to strengthen the quality and competence of all its employees.

“We are very glad to work with MIK in providing enterprise performance and learning solutions for companies and organizations in Indonesia, one of the fastest growing economies in the region,” said Steve Young, NetDimensions Regional Manager for Asia Pacific.
