Global User Conferences to Feature the Company's Newest Innovations

NetDimensions (London Stock Exchange, AIM: NETD), a global provider of performance, knowledge and learning management systems, announced that it is all systems go for Next Steps 2010, the company's annual global user conferences to be held in two centers of global business and learning: New York (Oct. 14 – 15) at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel and London (Oct. 19 – 20) at One Whitehall Place.

“This year’s sessions will be more out-of-the-box," said NetDimensions Managing Director and CEO Jay Shaw. "With the many recent changes and challenges in the world’s markets, we expect to be presenting some of our newest and most innovative solutions. For example, participants can look forward to learning more about how their peers are deploying the NetDimensions Portal ToolKit for which we won this year's Brandon Hall Gold Award For Excellence In Learning Technology and more about mobile EKP or mEKP, the portable learning solution we just released.”

Learning and development managers, compliance officers, franchise managers, and knowledge and performance management experts from all over the globe will converge once more to share best practices and to discuss how NetDimensions' products -- the Enterprise Knowledge Platform , Enterprise Assessment Platform (EAP) and Enterprise Content Platform (ECP) -- are enabling their businesses to grow into learning organizations that are able to adapt to and take advantage of change.

Exploring the Frontiers of Portability
“One reason we’re optimistic is that I believe we have successfully anticipated our clients' needs as far as pushing learning through to the farthest and remotest parts of their organizations. We’re now able to offer our revolutionary portable LMS solution, mEKP," noted Shaw.

"It may well alter the landscape and frontiers of learning management systems. We expect a lot of lively discussion with our first group of clients who have already grabbed their copies of mEKP just weeks after its formal launch, as well as with the rest of our clients who tell us they are eager to add mEKP to their
NetDimensions suite of products.”

A New Take on Talent
Shaw added, "We will also be spending time on our newest talent management offerings, including the new EKP Appraisal Editor, a strong choice for organizations who need integrated performance management but are not ready to commit to a full-blown talent management suite."

Master Class Certificate Program
NetDimensions will also be offering second-day Master Class sessions at the Next Steps 2010. Ray Ruff, co-founder and CIO of NetDimensions, will lead the team of NetDimensions technical consultants who will conduct the certificate program classes.

Master Class sessions will include “Learning-in-a-Flash”, a hands-on training on NetDimensions’ trendsetting mEKP portable learning solution. One session will be dedicated to EKP and integrated talent management. Another session will explore issues around assessment and the enterprise.

The first day of Next Steps 2010 will be free for clients and partners, as well as interested parties who register to the event via the Next Steps 2010 website. Attendance to the Master Class Certificate Program (Day 2) in New York or London will require enrollment and payment of course fees. Participants who register and pay on or before August 20 will be able to take advantage of early bird rates.

Shaw encourages clients to register early as seats could soon run out. “This is primarily an event for users of our products and solutions so we will give existing clients a priority. Though we welcome everyone, we don’t want current clients to miss out on learning how they can take full advantage of their NetDimensions product to free up their organizations to do what they do best,” he said.
